It all started about 4 years ago when my sister took me to a hidden gem of San Francisco, the Seward Street Slides. If you ever ridden down these slides, you know that this ain't just your normal plastic, static inducing, playground slide, nor are they for just everyday slide enthusiast. Concrete slides are for the people who jaywalk without looking both ways or run down the up escalator because it is made out of concrete and made to go uncontrollably fast (especially when you use plastic trays).
Soon after riding it once, I researched and researched where these seemingly secret concrete slides reside and am now I'm creating this blog so others who share this passion can easily locate these dangerously awesome playground relics!
